Aidani is one of the 3 main white varietals of the island that can be used in the production of PDO Santorini and PGI Cyclades wines. It is ideal for fresh high quality wines with intense aromatic complexity. Out of this indigenous varietal we vinified the dry wine ‘’Aidani’’ which reveals aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, white flowers and herbs. It is characterized by minerality and light body combined with refreshing and pleasant acidity. Paired with fruits, seafood and white meat. The production is strictly limited.
