Selected from a few of our growers estates in the Nelson region, from predominantly Moutere clay. 100% maturation in a mix of older French & American oak barrels for 10 months followed by malolactic fermentation. Aromas of rock melon, ripe peaches, warm spices and pleasant touch of fruit sweetness. The palate is lifted, showing well integrated stone fruit & dried apricot flavours backed by rich oak toastiness resulting in a beautifully generous, long and well-balanced wine.
