Domaine de L'Ostal Estibals Minervois is a red wine blend of Syrah (60%), Carignan (20%) and Grenache (20%) sourced from the youngest vines grown on the estate and which do not meet the criteria for inclusion in the domaines Grand Vin.
Grenache comes from a plot of hundred-year-old vines on clay-sandy soil located in the vineyard called “La Crau” and since 2017 one plot from “Coudoulet”.
