THE VINTAGE

Though rain was abundant in February, the skies cleared in spring,

allowing for plenty of sunlight to set the stage for plentiful and

even fruit set. The relatively mild summer was followed by nearly

perfect temperatures for fall which allowed fruit to develop lovely

complexity of flavors.

TASTING NOTES

The 2018 Trois Noix Noisette Cuvée is our first Napa Valley red

blend. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot come

together to deliver intensity and poise. Vibrant notes of fresh black-

berries, black cherries and black raspberries with hints of dried

roses and herbs. Medium-bodied with soft tannins and a pleasingly

long finish.

PAIRINGS

A balanced red wine perfect for pairing with grilled portabello

mushrooms, pork ragu, or butter chicken.
