Our 2021 Dijon shows intense and dark fruit notes on the nose, ripe

berries, pomegranate, and black cherry. The oak profile matches the

intensity of the fruit on the nose, coffee, chocolate, and caramel are

layered into the wine. The tannin profile is young, but rich. The acid

balance of the wine leans slightly to the riper side.
