Bing cherries and crisp raspberries are immediate aromas from this light garnet
colored wine. Pretty in style, with delicate floral aromas, wet cedar and hints of
green apples and baking spices, the wine has a tightly wound tannin structure at
first, but gives way to elegant red fruits, brambly cranberries and a subtle hint of
light toasted oak. A bright, very classic Oregon Pinot Noir with a delicious Umami
burst and layers of perceived sweetness towards the end. A superb wine that will
benefit with modest aging in your cellar.
